Returns and Exchanges
Our return and refund policy lasts 60 days and covers ONLY DEFECTIVE items upon delivery. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will NOT accept returns nor refund if the item arrives as described.
- We do NOT offer refunds due to print lines on these products. There will always be print lines during sublimation. This will not fall under "broken/damaged".
- We do NOT offer returns/exchanges for incorrect sizing; please make sure to read carefully our product specifications and/or sizing charts before placing an order.
- We do NOT offer returns/exchanges for sale items. Only regularly priced items can be returned within the guarantee.

If applicable for a return or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
